Thank you for purchasing NG guitar series products. You can enjoy the three-year free warranty service provided by our company from the date of purchase. We will provide free maintenance services for products within the warranty period according to the warranty regulations, and provide paid services below the market price for services beyond the warranty period and warranty scope, as follows
1) The product warranty card should be properly kept by the user as proof for repair services.
2) Our company does not provide on-site repair services. End consumers should submit the product in need of repair to the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased. The dealer will be responsible for arranging transportation of the product to our company in consultation with the end consumer.
3) Within three years from the date of purchase, if the product has quality issues, our company will provide free repairs. Any replaced parts during the repair process will become the property of our company.
4) For damages caused by product usage beyond the warranty period or due to improper use by the user, lifetime repair services are available. Reasonable charges will be applied for material replacements and labor costs incurred during the repair process.
5) Our company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the above warranty terms at any time without prior notice to customers.

1) Damages caused by improper use, such as bumps, structural cracks, or fractures, are not covered under warranty.
2) Damages resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or incorrect repairs of the product are not covered.
3) Consumable items are not included in the repair scope, such as guitar strings, string winders, bridge pins, etc.
4) Counterfeit products or products purchased outside mainland China are not covered under warranty.
1) Returned or exchanged products must not have any appearance or functional damage caused by human factors.
2) Shipping costs incurred during warranty repairs are the responsibility of the user.
3) Products obtained as prizes through our company-sponsored or organized events are not eligible for return or exchange services. However, repair services are available, and any costs incurred during the repair process are the responsibility of the user.
